VSI DECset Version 13.0-2 for OpenVMS X86_64, IA64, and Alpha Systems

    VSI Language-Sensitive Editor (LSE) Version 5.3-3 for OpenVMS X86_64, IA64
     and Alpha Systems

        This version is functionally equivalent to HP's LSE V5.2 with
        the following change:

            The LSE DECwindows interface now works as expected on IA64 systems. 
            It did not work in the prior two releases of HP DECset on IA64.  LSE
            on OpenVMS Alpha did not have this problem.

        All versions of VSI LSE check for a license PAK from VMS Software, Inc. 
        You must have a license PAK from VMS Software, Inc. to use this product.
